Acceptable Use Policy

Orbit is built to help people get things done. This Acceptable Use Policy describes how Orbit may and may not be used, so that it stays safe and useful for everyone.

Scope

This policy applies to anyone who uses Orbit or other services provided by Orbit AI Technologies Corporation (“Orbit AI”). It supplements our Terms of Use.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the tasks you give Orbit and the actions you approve.
• Only direct Orbit to use accounts, websites, and services you are authorized to use, and follow their terms.
• Review Orbit’s plans and results, especially before approving consequential actions such as purchases, payments, or messages sent on your behalf.
• Keep your account and credentials secure.

Prohibited uses

You may not use Orbit, or direct Orbit, to:

• Engage in, promote, or facilitate illegal activity.
• Commit fraud, scams, impersonation, or other deceptive practices.
• Harass, threaten, abuse, or harm others, or create or distribute hateful or exploitative content.
• Create, distribute, or deploy malware or other harmful code.
• Gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, networks, or data, or test the security of systems without authorization.
• Violate the privacy, intellectual property, or other rights of others, or collect personal information without a lawful basis.
• Violate the terms of service of websites, platforms, or services Orbit interacts with.
• Send spam or carry out automated activity that overloads or disrupts services.
• Make high-risk decisions without appropriate human oversight, such as decisions with legal, financial, medical, safety, or employment consequences for individuals.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with Orbit’s safeguards, approval checkpoints, or usage limits.
• Help or encourage anyone else to do any of the above.

Enforcement

If we believe this policy has been violated, we may decline or stop a task, limit features, suspend or terminate access, and, where appropriate or required by law, report activity to the relevant authorities. We may act without prior notice where needed to protect users, third parties, or our services.

If you become aware of misuse of Orbit, please contact Orbit AI.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Orbit, our practices, and applicable requirements evolve. The effective date above shows when it was last revised.
