Responsible AI Policy
Effective October 15, 2026
Orbit is an AI agent that researches, plans, navigates digital workflows, and carries out approved actions on behalf of its users. This policy describes the principles Orbit AI Technologies Corporation (“Orbit AI”) follows in designing, building, and operating Orbit.
Scope
This policy applies to the development, testing, deployment, and operation of Orbit and related AI features offered by Orbit AI.
Human oversight and approvals
- Users stay in control. Orbit is designed to ask for approval before taking sensitive or consequential actions, and users can pause, redirect, or stop a task.
- When a task requires human input, judgment, or credentials, Orbit is designed to stop and ask rather than guess.
- Orbit acts within the permissions a user grants and is not intended to take actions the user has not authorized.
Transparency
- We aim to make it clear when users are interacting with an AI system and what Orbit is doing on their behalf.
- Orbit is designed to show its plans, progress, and results so users can review its work.
- We communicate known limitations: AI systems can make mistakes, and users should review important outputs and actions.
Safety
- We test Orbit across real-world workflows to evaluate task completion, reliability, recovery, and the handling of actions that require user input.
- We build safeguards intended to prevent misuse and to limit the impact of errors, and we refine them as we learn.
- Prohibited uses are described in our Acceptable Use Policy.
Privacy
- We aim to collect and use only the information needed to provide and improve Orbit, and to handle sensitive information with care.
- Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Fairness
We work to identify and reduce harmful bias in how Orbit behaves, and we consider the needs of a broad range of users when designing and evaluating it.
Accountability
- Orbit AI is responsible for how Orbit is designed and operated. Responsible AI considerations are part of our development and review processes, not an afterthought.
- We review feedback and reported issues and use them to improve Orbit.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Orbit, our practices, and applicable requirements evolve. The effective date above shows when it was last revised.
